Happy New Year!!!!

A very belated Happy New Year to everyone, I hope that the New Year will be both peaceful and prosperous for all. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my family, friends and students for their help and support over the last year. It would not have been possible without you, so many thanks.

I was delighted to see my book mentioned by the Irish Independent food writer and critic Georgina Campbell on Saturday (2nd Jan). She also included my recipe for Luxury Cottage Pie, it was a bit of a shock to see my pots on display in a national paper! You can read the article here.
